Wilco + Sleater-Kinney August 2021 Safety Protocols

August 18: Richmond, VA

The Event Organizer is requiring that all attendees of this event must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have received a professionally administered negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours prior to entry to the event. 

All fans must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination; i.e. original vaccination card, copy of vaccination card, picture of vaccination card. Or, have received a professionally administered negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility and provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue.

Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility and will provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue.

Unvaccinated fans over 12 years old with a valid medical restriction & medical note will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility, and will provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue.

August 20: Columbia, MD

Effective Sunday 8/15, all patrons attending events at The Anthem, Merriweather Post Pavilion, Lincoln Theatre, and 9:30 Club will be required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test from the past 72 hours, along with a matching photo ID. Proof of vaccination can be your physical vaccine card or a photo of your card. We can’t wait to enjoy the return of live events with you safely!

August 21: Forest Hills, NY

This show will require proof of vaccination or negative covid test for entrance. 

Proof of Vaccination: a physical vaccine card, photocopy, or digital version of your CDC-issued vaccination record. You are considered fully vaccinated 14 days after your final dose. You must present a government-issued ID that matches the name on the vaccine card.

Negative COVID-19 test: Tests must be administered by or under the supervision of a medical professional. At-home tests will not be accepted. The name on the negative result must match the name on your government-issued ID. The date and time of the negative test must be no longer than 72 hrs prior to doors opening for the show.

August 22: Philadelphia, PA

By Artist Request, The Mann will require all fans attending and employees working a show to
provide proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 Test within 72 hours.

Full vaccination means your final dose was at least 14 days prior to the date of the
show.

Negative COVID-19 Test is a PCR or antigen test; printed proof of negative result must
come from a medical platform and be dated, time stamped. Test must be taken within
72 hours prior to the event date.

Unvaccinated patrons under the age of 12 must provide proof of a negative COVID-19
test.

August 24: Boston, MA

The Event Organizer is requiring fans agree to the terms below prior to ticket purchases & event entry. Please note these confirmations will apply to all members of your party before they are allowed to enter the event and to any users of the tickets purchased by you. By purchasing tickets for this event, I confirm that at the time of the event I will have been fully vaccinated (14 days past final vaccination shot), OR will have received a negative COVID-19 test within 48-hours of the event. Children under 12 years of age or fans with a valid medical note preventing vaccination will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before the event, and will provide proof of negative result to security prior to entering the venue. Mask wearing will be encouraged.

August 25: Portland, ME

The State Theatre takes pride in providing fans, artists and staff a safe environment in which to see world-class entertainment. We also pride ourselves in being one of the many leaders in our community.  Effective immediately, all patrons and staff attending the State Theatre and the State Theatre Presents concerts at Thompson’s Point will need to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative test from the past 48 hours, along with a matching photo ID. Proof of vaccination can be your physical vaccine card or a photo of your card. Children under 12 are exempt from this policy.

For the past seventeen months, the State Theatre has been shuttered due to the effects of the pandemic.  This decision was made to help keep our community safe and our doors open.

August 26: Buffalo, NY

With an abundance of caution to protect our fans, our crews and the bands, we will require staff and audience to provide proof of full vaccination OR a recent negative PCR COVID test within 48 hours of the event upon entry into the Wilco and Sleater-Kinney tour dates. Patrons 12 and under will be required to show proof of negative PCR test.

Proof of vaccination: Guests will need to have received their second dose of the Pfizer-BioNtech or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine or single dose of the Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen COVID-19 vaccine no later two weeks prior to the event. Guests who are fully vaccinated can show their vaccination card (physical or digital) at doors.

Please be prepared to show proof of your negative test or vaccination record with matching photo ID.

With an abundance of caution to protect our fans, our crews and the bands, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 or negative COVID-19 test (no more than 72 hours prior to the show) will be required upon entry into the Wilco and Sleater-Kinney show on Saturday, August 28 at Jay Pritzker Pavilion.

Door time is now 4:00pm. Please have your tickets and vaccine card or negative COVID-19 test ready for entry (a photo or photocopy of vaccine card or negative COVID test is acceptable).
