Kings Theatre in Brooklyn this weekend; Subway Service Notice

Wilco performs two sold out shows at the Kings Theatre in Brooklyn, NY this weekend on Friday, February 5 and Saturday, February 6. We encourage you to arrive an hour before showtime (8pm) — trust us, you do not want to miss Bill Frisell Trio start the night on Friday, and Steve Gunn on Saturday. And if you’re joining us on Saturday, prepare for extra travel time with Q line service.

Please Note: The MTA has planned service for the Q line starting Saturday, February 6 at 12AM; there will be no service between Kings Hwy and 57 St – & 7Av. Please allow additional travel time to from the venue. To find the best route from your location, please visit MTA.com and enter “Kings Theatre” into the Trip Planner to help anticipate any possible route changes or delays. 

Alternative Travel Options

Free MTA shuttle buses will be running between Atlantic Avenue – Barclays Center and Kings Highway. Shuttle bus stop for the theatre is on Ocean Avenue at Beverley Road. See below for more details. 

Train Lines: Take the 2/5 to Beverley Road (15/20 min walk), G to Church Avenue (25/30 min walk) 

Bus Lines: Select bus B41 Local (stop: Albemarle Road), B49 (stop: Tilden Ave), B44 SBS – via Nostrand Ave (stop: Rogers/Church Avenue)

Car Service: Uber, Lyft, (high demand expected for each), Dial 7 NYC (pre-arranged black car service) may be more readily accessible. 

Tickets

Only Ticketmaster-delivered eTickets (featuring a square QR code) may be scanned on mobile phones. All other tickets must be printed before arriving at the venue.

Getting to the Show

Kings Theatre is located at 1027 Flatbush Avenue in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. 

Parking

There is a shared municipal parking lot located immediately behind the Kings Theatre, with entrances on Bedford Avenue and Beverley Road. Parking in this lot is free and is available on a first-come-first-served basis (subject to availability). No overnight parking is permitted.
